Day 13. Sunbury KOA. Columbus, OH area.

Ok. This is gonna be short. It's 12:30 AM and we really need to get to bed. We had planned for a 320 mile day today which is a little longer than I like, but totally do-able. So we left the land of Lincoln and boogied through the Hoosier state, into the buckeye state.
The Ohioans must be pretty proud. About the best state line sign I've seen!

Man, the economy must be booming, cause the interstate is wall to wall trucks, carrying god knows what to the hungry consumers. I have never seen such convoys of commerce!

Then we hit construction on I70.
Then we hit more construction on I70.
Then we hit more construction on I70.

After moving about 2 miles in 45 minutes we were fit to be tied.
So we got off the interstate and took some back roads. Better scenery for sure.

It turned into a hot, dirty, grueling slog into Columbus, and up to a KOA in Sunbury. We arrived in the dark and I said to myself " self the last time you set up in the dark, you said you'd never do it again". But alas here I am. Miner's light on head, dragging the hookups out.  Such is  the life on an epic adventure!

Anyway, we're looking to split the distance here to Florham Park, and roll into the promised land sometime Thursday.
